Two new hires make Hill+Knowlton Strategies’ in-house digital offering end-to-end
Toronto, ON – February 22, 2012 – Hill+Knowlton Strategies Canada, ranked the country’s No. 1 public relations and public affairs firm, announces two new hires for its digital service team. Bill Doern and Tim Robertson, both from SUM Brand + Design, bring extensive and specialized skill sets to the firm, extending Hill+Knowlton’s social media and digital offering to provide full, in-house end-to-end solutions.
Bill joins the company this week as vice president, digital. A senior strategist who will work with clients to imagine, create and build digital solutions, he can also create engagement strategies using digital and social technologies. Bill ran his own brand design and web development agency for 20 years, and has managed the delivery of content-management systems, communications and technology audits and analyses, website development, Facebook and mobile apps, infographics and other strategic digital content.
Tim – who joins Hill+Knowlton on March 1 – is a web developer who joins the team with 11 years of experience in all facets of web and application development and design across multiple platforms. He creates branded apps and games; does animation and digital video; and can build mobile websites, microsites and more.
From videos and infographics for the social web to web development to Facebook and mobile apps, the agency can now provide a 360-degree approach to digital consulting – taking a project from the audit and strategy phase through to implementation.
