At a time when competitors were shouting about 3D technology, Sharp Electronics wanted to refocus the discussion on image quality as it launched its Quattron four-colour televisions.

Concentrating on lifestyle media whose readers are television buyers, we built a compelling story around Quattron and décor – and the power of colour in the home. We commissioned national research on consumer TV preferences, and then engaged former Canadian House & Home editor Cobi Ladner and celebrity design TV host Manon LeBlanc to host Toronto and Montréal media events. In addition to strong coverage, Sharp credited us for measurable improvements in the company’s sales.
