A few weeks’ worth of announcements in November prove the pace of change in the current digital ecosystem has gone from brisk to screamin’:

- Linkedin introduces its new Connected app for iPhone which “gives you relevant, and timely, reasons to reach out and keep in touch with the people in your network”—Take the Work Out of Networking with LinkedIn’s New Connected App (from LinkedIn)
- Snapchat jumps into the world of ads—Snapchat announces plans to introduce ads
- Twitter changes the way we listen to music by enabling us to add built-in media streaming from SoundCloud and iTunes to our Twitter streams—Introducing a new audio experience on Twitter (from Twitter)
And that’s just from my cursory uploads to Diigo and glances at the digital industry news.
So, yes, those digital deniers who say they don’t want their organizations on social because things change too quickly might be on to something…at least this month.
