Over the course of the 2021 federal election, H+K is administering surveys across a statistically relevant and representative sample of Canadians to determine the reputation of federal party leaders and their parties. The results of this research will identify both the strengths and weaknesses in each party’s and party leader’s reputation, as well as the issues that are most important to Canadians.
The first phase of this research is now live and can be viewed in the dashboard below. Data in this dashboard is based on a representative sample of almost 1,500 Canadians who were surveyed online through the use of Leger Opinion panel between August 17 and August 23, 2021.
Below you will find our interactive dashboard that is divided into three sections:
- Reputation+: A reputation analysis of federal party leaders and their parties across four types of reputation drivers – profile, purpose, people, and performance.
- Election Perceptions + Enthusiasm: An analysis of Canadians’ reactions to the 2021 federal election.
- Voter Issues + Attitudes: An analysis of the issues that matter most to Canadians.
All data points in the dashboard can be filtered by: region, voter, and voter commitment, by selecting options in the Filter drop-down menu. Please be mindful of sample size as you add filters to the data; less data may mean that some statistics are less reliable.
