Hayley Cattell

Before joining H+K, Hayley worked as the Director of Research to the Government Caucus Office for the Saskatchewan Party Government. Throughout her time in the Legislative Building, Hayley managed all Caucus Policy Committees as well as Public Accounts. Hayley was involved in speech writing, debate strategy and event planning for serving members. 

Hayley has vast knowledge in legislative processes and communications. She worked closely with members on external communications for initiatives like the 2020 Growth Plan and Prairie Resilience. She assisted in writing various ad campaigns for the Government Caucus Office. 

For years, Hayley worked closely with school divisions, non-profits and various professional associations on lobbying efforts. She was a team lead for province-wide campaigns, building resources for serving members that would help shape the future of Saskatchewan. She also worked closely with each Minister and their staff. Her relationships with legislative members, staff and stakeholders throughout the province serves as a great asset to her.

Hayley studied International Studies with focus in Development at the University of Regina. She also completed a certificate in Public Relations. While in university Hayley took an internship in Long Beach, California, where she led fundraising campaigns to help North Korean refugees find a better life after escaping their home country. Hayley is passionate about human rights, international relations and communications.
