TORONTO (February 12, 2015) — Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K)—the top-ranked public relations and public affairs firm in Canada—is pleased to announce that advertising and digital agency veteran Andrew Skuja has joined the firm as senior art director.
Andrew, who will be based in Toronto, brings more than 20 years of multi-platform experience to the role, and will work closely with the national creative services team led by Chris Davies to continue to advance the agency’s creative offering. His experience includes roles as an art director, designer and illustrator at several advertising and digital agencies where he used his UX and UI design skills to create award-winning interactive experiences. In addition, he has served as digital creative director at TCmedia, Mighty Digital (BensimonByrne) and TBWA/Toronto.
“Andrew has designed and ideated for the Internet since the beginning of the Internet,” says H+K Canada’s national creative director, Chris Davies. “Having an art director with his depth of experience, along with the ability to mesh UX design and visual design is a rare mix.”
H+K’s national creative team has seen significant growth in the last year that began with hiring ad industry veteran Chris Davies last March.
“Our clients continue to seek smarter and more integrated creative thinking across all aspects of their businesses,” said Goldy Hyder, president and CEO of H+K Canada. “As solutions partners, we remain committed to investing in our creative capabilities to bring the industry’s best talent on board to deliver meaningful business impact for our clients.”
